Formerly known as Thomas Wyatt & Sons (West Africa), Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc was founded in 1948 and commenced operations in 1949 as one of the oldest paper conversion and printing companies in the country, with the vision to be the leading and trusted world-class paper and paper conversion company.
At the initial stage, the company incorporated two subsidiaries with production factories in Kaduna and Port Harcourt to cater to the demand in the northern and southern regions, respectively. The company currently has three production factories: Kaduna, Port Harcourt, and Lagos, with a distribution that’s powered by depots and a network of distributors across the country.
The company is behind brands such as Apex Mill and Napex, and its product range includes school, office stationery, bulk toilet rolls, and facial tissue. It became a public company in 1978.
