She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I) with experience spanning funds management, compliance and risk management, sales, client relationship management, and customer services in the banking/financial institutions and oil and gas.
A dynamic pension fund expert with over two decades of experience in both pension administration and custody in the contributory pension scheme of Nigeria. As the Head of Branding in the Pension Operators of Nigeria (PenOp), she championed innovative and positive changes to the industry, influencing regulations and increasing awareness for the adoption of the Micro Pension Scheme.
She was Head of the Public Sector Group (PSG) in Stanbic IBTC Bank, Chief Compliance Officer of Stanbic IBTC Pensions Limited, and Chief Executive Officer at Oceanic Pension Fund Custodian. She was also the Head of Operations in Diamond Pension Fund Custodian Limited before joining Oceanic Pension Fund Custodian.
While in the US, she played diverse roles as Portfolio/Risk Administrator, Corporate Actions Specialist, Fund Management and Compliance Manager at State Street Corporation and Brown Brothers Harriman, Boston, MA, before relocating to Nigeria in 2006.

A social entrepreneur dedicated to saving and giving plastics a second chance, while providing a sustainable solution to environmental pollution through recycling. She co-founded SFQ Ventures Limited and LasGidis Recyclers with a mission to positively impact our world through waste management (recycling). She also co-founded Save Our Sons Foundation and No Boy Left Behind. Her passion is to transform, rehabilitate, train, and equip young boys with values and skills that help prepare them for a strong, productive future. To become better sons, husbands, and fathers.
