Juli Plc is a Nigerian pharmaceutical and consumer-health company incorporated in 1972 as July Pharmacy (Nigeria) Limited, founded by Prince Julius Adewale Adelusi-Adeluyi. The company was established to carry on the business of wholesale and retail pharmaceutical products, chemists, druggists, and dispensing of medicines, but the company has since extended its health care delivery services to include laboratory, supermarket, and water. 

In 1976, the Company embarked on a diversification programme to widen the scope of its business operation in response to market and customer demands.

In 1977, the name of the company was changed to Juli Pharmacy and Stores ( Nigeria) Limited.

The company currently operates stores across Lagos and Ekiti states, while also marketing various pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, laboratory chemicals, and general goods.

The company also operates a full government-recognised post office, Juli House Post Office, Ikeja, within the premises, with a thousand post office boxes.

The company became a publicly listed company in 1986, quoting under the second-tier securities market, and it changed its name to Juli Plc in 1991.
